Thermotraffic is a leading provider of end-to-end cold chain logistics, operating across the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and further afield. Are you an experienced HGV C+E driver with good knowledge of temperature-controlled distribution who can help us achieve this? An opportunity for a highly professional HGV Driver

Your core task in this HGV Driver role is the delivery of temperature-controlled goods to and from Thermotraffic sites and customer sites. This requires a good knowledge of the UK roads and routes as you act on the recorded instructions and known agreements in a timely and correct manner. On a daily basis you:

  • Manage your driving hours including WTD;
  • Interact professionally and safely with customers and colleagues;
  • Stay up-to-date with driver CPC hours. 

In addition, you complete further training when required.

In doing so we provide services to importers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and distributors. You will therefore be working within a substantial and proven organization that offers all the resources necessary to do your job to the best of your ability.

If you believe you’re the skilled and committed HGV driver for this position, we’d love to hear from you. Please note that although your official work week is 40 hours, you should be available to work overtime when necessary.

The formal requirements are:

  • At least 2 years of driving experience;
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled distribution;
  • You hold a C+E licence;
  • No disqualifications and a maximum of 3 penalty points;
  • Strong written and spoken English.
