Customer Services Administrator

Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our logistics operation—supporting daily administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they expect.

Your key responsibilities
Administration & Operations

Provide administrative and operational support within customer service and logistics processes.

Accurately process orders, shipments, movements and invoices.

Prepare, maintain and complete files and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service & Communication
-
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
-
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Support customer queries and follow up in a timely manner
Process Monitoring & Improvement
-
Monitor processes and report irregularities or operational issues
-
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction
-
Work closely with different departments to support operational continuity
Compliance & Quality
-
Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures and legal requirements

Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and service
What we’re looking for
Experience & Knowledge
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
-
Experience within logistics, transport or supply chain is highly desirable
-
Good understanding of administrative processes and systems
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills
-
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required)
-
Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Systems & Tools
-
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage
